Platform Security

Security and privacy take precedence in every decision at Lutendi. Our platform is exclusively accessible through HTTPS, fortified by the robust TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol, popularly known as SSL (Secure Sockets Layers).

Access Control

We have a steadfast commitment to ensure data access is strictly limited to specific roles and authorized personnel, each required to log in using a distinct username and password. Such stringent measures empower Lutendi Systems to accurately trace which user account has executed an action and to deploy security lockouts whenever deemed necessary. We also leverage Views and have developed custom RLS (Row Level Security) policies that further restrict the amount of readable data at the application level.

Protecting User Data

All data housed with Lutendi Systems is stored securely in compliance with sovereignty regulations via Supabase & AWS. As a trusted partner in the industry, Supabase is known for its stringent security measures, including SOC2 Type 2 and HIPAA compliance. Their collaboration with GitHub for security integration, role-based access control, and daily backups ensures an added layer of security for all user data.
